With No Physical Evidence, Prosecutors Want Allegations to Stick

Some prosecutors, it seems, pursue their own angry unreasoning agendas when sexual accusations are at stake, even when there is no evidence to support the allegations.

Consider the case of Dan and Fran Keller, former Texas day-care operators:

They were convicted and served 20 years in prison for crimes that they never committed. They were freed when it was found that the only physical evidence against them was a mistake. Now that they have been freed from prison, they would like to have their convictions thrown out.

Incredibly, prosecutors are fighting to keep the baseless convictions in place. Here’s the story.
